Lifetime
All parts we install are covered for the life of your vehicle. If a part fails, we source the replacement at no cost to you.
LABOR — PADS + ROTORS
24 months or 24,000 mi
When we replace both pads and rotors on the same axle, your labor is covered for 2 years or 24,000 miles — whichever comes first.
LABOR — ALL OTHER WORK
12 months or 12,000 mi
All other brake services are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles. If our workmanship is the issue, we fix it.

Q: What does “lifetime parts warranty” mean?
A: If a part we installed ever fails — whether it wore out or had a defect — we replace it at no parts cost to you, for as long as you own the vehicle.
Q: Do I need to travel to a shop?
A: No. We come to you, just like the original job. Contact us, describe the issue, and we’ll schedule a return visit.
Q: Is labor included in the warranty?
A: Parts are covered at no cost. If a covered part needs reinstallation within the warranty period, we charge 50% of our standard labor rate. We’ll confirm the cost with you before scheduling a return visit
Q: What if someone else works on my brakes after you?
A: If another technician works on the parts we installed, the warranty is voided on those parts. We can only stand behind work we’ve done ourselves.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
— Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect— Damage caused by other failing vehicle components— Repairs or modifications made by anyone other than PitstopBrakes after our service— Use in commercial delivery, towing, racing, or off-road applications— Coverage ends when you sell or transfer ownership of the vehicle
